2. Eligibility
In order to book a trek or take part in any activities through our website, you must be at least 18 years old, or obtain parental permission if you are under 18. Additionally, you need to be in good physical condition to take part in any of the trekking activities offered by Adventure Heights.
3. Booking and Payment
You must fill up the registration form and pay the necessary amount in order to book a trek.
Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made through [list payment methods, e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.].
A confirmation email containing trek specifics will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your trek, please notify us well before the start of the scheduled trek.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled date of the trek, will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 15 days before scheduled date of the trek shall not be eligible for any refund.
Once the trek has started and you choose to leave or drop out for any reason whatsoever, no refund partial or otherwise, will be made. For any boarding, lodging, travel, excursions, meals, or services that are not used, there will be no reimbursements.
Adventure Heights rejects any liability for any damages resulting from trip cancellation, change, extension, or curtailment due to any reason whatsoever. You do however, clearly agree that Adventure Heights maximum liability shall never exceed the amount of the trip fee that you paid to Adventure Heights.
Trekking Requirements
Trek leaders' instructions must always be followed by all the participants.
It is the responsibility of participants to bring necessary trekking gears and equipment for the trek as specified in the trek details.
6. Safety and Conduct
Our primary concern is safety of all the participants. Every safety instruction given by the trek leaders must be followed by all the participants.
If someone is considered not suitable or unfit for the trek or a risk to himself or others, we reserve the right to refuse his participation.
It is expected by all the participants to respect mother nature and interest, sentiments & rituals of local communities. Kindly refrain from polluting and littering around, harming or disturbing wildlife and damaging environment.
7. Liability
Any personal injury, loss, or damage that may arise during the journey or trek, Adventure Heights is not responsible & accountable.
It is highly recommended that participants must have travel insurance that includes coverage for hiking & trekking. Adventure Heights denies any responsibility for any damage, loss, or harm that may be occur to hikers or trekkers.
Although we take every possible safety precaution, hiking or trekking has inherent dangers, which participants must understand and accept.
8. Changes to the Itinerary
In the event of harsh weather, natural disasters, or other unanticipated circumstances, Adventure Heights reserve the right to alter the trek schedule which will be communicated to participants well in time.

10. Intellectual Property
This webpage's whole contents, including all text, photos, logos, and graphics are copyright-protected property of Adventure Heights.

11. Governing Law
The laws of India shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions.
The only courts with jurisdiction over issues resulting from using this website or joining one of our treks are the courts in Haridwar, Uttrakhand (INDIA).
