Deoriya Tal Trek – Short trek to wonderland. Deorial Tal, a sacred lake, is famous for magical reflection of snow laden Himalayan mountains on lake.
Deoria Tal Trek is very beautiful winter camping destination & is a must doable trek for nature lovers. Deorial Tal is a small, beautiful & scared lake and is about 3-4 Kms climb/ trek up the hills from Sari village on Ukhimath – Chopta route in the Rudraprayag district of Uttrakhand state of India. It is located at an elevation of 2438 m/ 7999 ft Above Sea Level in Garhwal Himalayas. The place radiates a natural beauty surrounded by dense forests, lush green meadows, and snow-capped Himalayan peaks.
Enjoy and admire the natural grandeur of the 180-degree breath-taking view of Himalayan Vista. Chowkhambha (4-Pillars), located on the far right, is a group of snow-capped mountain peaks. All the 4-Pillar Chowkhambha I, II, III, and IV are distinctively visible from this place. It is the source of one of the major glacier system of Indian Himalayas.
Photographers who photograph landscapes love this location for its spectacular reflection of the snow-capped Himalayan Peaks on the Tal.
Day - 1: Haridwar to Sari Village Via Okhimath.

Day - 2: Sari to Deoriatal.
» Trek for 3-4 Kms in 2-3 plus hrs.
» Deoria Tal situated at an altitude: - 2400 m / 7850 ft.
» Camping in tents (twin-sharing basis).

Day - 3 : Deoriatal to Tungnath via Chopta
» Trek back to Sari 3-4 Kms in maximum 1.30 hrs.
» Drive to Chopta – 25 Kms in 2 hrs.
» Trek to Tungnath – 4 Kms in 4-5 hrs.
» Home Stay/ Camping in tents (twin-sharing basis).
» Tungnath is situated at an altitude: - 3477 m/ 11410 ft.
Day - 4: Tungnath to Chandrashila & Return to Chopta.
» Trek for 2 Kms in 2 plus hrs (Steep Climb) to reach Chandrashila Top.
» Trek back to Chopta – 6 Kms in less than 3 hrs.
» Enjoy the descend carefully. Watch your knees (use knee caps) and toes (cut nails of your toes properly before start of the trek).
» Altitude: - Chandrashilla Top 3700 m/ 12100 ft.

Prefer to set out in dark (early in the morning – 4.00 /5.00 AM) to see the sunrise from Chandrashila Top. Enjoy the 180-degree panoramic view of Himalayan Peaks.
Day - 5: Chopta to Haridwar
» Drivable Distance - 230 Kms in 7-8 hrs.
» Tea, Breakfast & Lunch on the way and is excluded.
» Reach Haridwar by Late Evening.
